Square-Fit | Basic

It’s all about the Square-Fit fundamentals! This class will focus on learning the proper boxing stance, distribution of weight in each leg, and how to throw punches, all while transitioning through the Square. Through punching combination drills and a variety of Square-Fit Basic footwork drills, you are certain to sweat and burn fat!
